To gain the full benefit, I recommend booking a minimum of two sessions, each about 1.5 hours and spaced a few days apart. Afterward, single sessions can focus on clearing deeper layers, goal setting, and building positive new habits.
During our work together, I teach you effective tools to quickly identify and shift emotional patterns without needing to relive the entire story—allowing lasting change with less overwhelm.
